Delivery policy

Oils and all other hair and beauty products are made to order and need to be infused for at least a week. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your orders. This does not include weekends and or federal holidays. GrowGlowFlow by L is currently run by a one-woman shop, and all orders are meticulously packed with love and care. This time allows me to ship your order at the highest possible standard.  Thank you for your patience!

Fail to deliver/Stolen packages

Any lost items must be reported to our delivery carrier's customer service so they can open an investigation on your order. Once we have prepared your order with care and shipped it out, we encourage you to track your package. Any stolen items will not be replaced. As you understand, these items are made to order and the quantity is very limited.

Please double-check your address before placing an order. If you fail to add your house/apartment number, the item will be shipped back to us and we will have to charge you a re-delivery fee. To avoid all of this, make sure to add your correct address. We appreciate your understanding.
